Two words: Uncensored Humanity.
We're building PlushCircuit because we are tired of "safe", we are tired of "nice", and we are most of all tired of censorship. The world isn't safe. The world isn't nice. Why should our fantasies have to be?
We are bored of polite AI assistants that talk in circles of how great you and your ideas are. We don't want a suck-ups in robot form, we want a partner in crime. We want a Dungeon Master that doesn't pull his punches. We want characters and a world that feels alive and visceral.
So, we're building it.
A World With Teeth
Most AI chats exist in a void, a blank room where nothing matters. Want the character to do something? Just prompt it. Want the character to put out? It'll accommodate you. In PlushCircuit, you step into a persistent reality.
Whether you are navigating the politics of a high-fantasy court or surviving a cyberpunk undercity, the world breathes. We want our characters to have hidden agendas and emotional depths that you can only uncover through interacting and experiencing something together with them.

We believe that a story without consequences isn't a story. It's just noise. If you leave our app, our stories, having felt something, we've succeeded. "Felt" does not mean pleasant. It could shock you. It could disgust you. It could elate you. We believe it should be up to you.

- You want to become the "AM" of your own world and endlessly torment our characters? Have at it.
- Permanent ConsequencesWe are actively developing features where consequences can be permanent. That means up to and including the death of a character, for those brave enough to turn those settings on.
Uncensored Humanity
Human interaction is messy. It involves intimacy, adrenaline, fear, desire, hate, sadness, and so much more. PlushCircuit is intended as a mature environment. We do not sanitize the human experience (within the bounds of the law).
We treat you like an adult. We don't put guardrails on your creativity or your intimacy.

PlushCircuit is not a product of a boardroom meeting. There are no shareholders telling us to water down the experience to appeal to the masses. There is no CFO telling us "That's all well and good, but market research suggests..."
We are a small, tight-knit team of gamers, writers, and roleplayers. We are building this because it's the app we want to exist.

We've always wondered why some stories touch us more than others. And we've concluded that it was because the author embedded a part of themselves into it. They made us feel something they've felt. If we can achieve even a fraction of that with our stories, we consider that a massive success.
